Lovely – both sketch and poem.
Thanks, and thanks for stopping by Sally!
I like this milkweed and seed flow of ideas. We all hold seeds in our hearts, we just need to give them light.
Thanks Brenda for your moving response, keeping my fingers crossed for that light!
I think you help the light shine. 🙂
I love your connection to people changing over seasons, Michelle, and how “we hold the seeds of change in our hands”. Inspiring! =)
Thanks Bridget, we have much work ahead to hold on to our values.
Love your sketching, Michelle, wow! Ant the poem speaks truth. We cannot rely on just others to nurture those seeds; we hold them too!
Thanks Linda; yes I agree, we all need to speak for those seeds today!
How beautiful, and an inspiring reminder. Even when times seem too dark, we hold the seeds of change in our hands.
Thanks Jane, We sure need that light to shine on all of us!
I am inspired by your seeds of change drawing and poem. We are ripe for change now. Let’s have our voices roar at the prospect, Michelle.
Hear Hear, and thanks Carol!
Amazing sketch and poem. I am hoping some of those seeds take root and grow into beautiful flowers and fruit.
Thanks Kay, Hope so too, they’ve been co0ming up the last few years.
Lovely poem and sketch, Michelle.
Thanks for your thoughtful words Alice, and for stopping by!
And tolerance I hope!
Lovely sketches and poem. Are those milkweed pods? LOVE!
Sometimes my Poetry Friday is more like a Poetry Long Weekend, Michelle, but how wonderful to see your name on the roundup and pay you a visit! Such a lovely poem and drawing… fits right in with my OLW this year (change). I sure hope 2017 bears fruit.
Thanks for the visit and your wordsMichelle! Poetry Friday is a refreshing and inspiring group, which I am grateful for with all that is going on.
