GOURDY GOURDS

Golly– have you seen these gourds
they’re gorgeous in a
gourdy kinda way…

Glumpy bumps creep
through their curves,
handles that
bespeak of beaks–

Golly– have you heard these gourds
they’re gorgeous in a
gourdy kinda way…

Singing on their
own accord,
gourdy tunes from
their lips tips–

Golly– have you seen these gourds
they’re gorgeous in a
gourdy kinda way…

Gosh– they’re anthropomorphic
kinda gourds,
all different kinds, all get along…
Hey– Humans have you seen these gorgeous gourds…

  1. Adorable! I love this picture and the poem–the alliteration is delightful.
