HURRY SPRING!
Took a peek out my
window, oh woe–Snow–
It’s almost
double digit
April.
I’m ignoring this
unnatural coat
of white
carpeted
ground.
Come on daffodils
do your stuff,
move over
white
fluff.
Sing stronger spring–
I can’t hear your
rain showers
for May’s
flowers!
